A Sony Music Entertainment és a Legacy Recordings megállapodást kötött a virtuóz gitáros/zeneszerző/producer Steve Vai-al egy új album elkészítése kapcsán. A megállapodás részeként két új Vai kiadvány fog megjelenni 2015-ben, az első anyag árpilis 7-én érkezik ’Stillness In Motion – Vai Live In L.A.’ címen. Az elsőként megjelenő lemez hanganyagát 2012 októberében rögzítették a Los Angeles-i Club Nokia színpadán, az akkori ’Story Of Light’ világkörüli turné részeként. A kiadvány egy 2 cd lemezes és egy 2 dvd lemezes forátumban is elérhető lesz.
